If you'd like to an exchange an item for a different size or color, you may do so with shipping on us. You may also return for items at no charge when returning for store credit. If you'd like a refund to your original payment method, we deduct $8.95 from your refund to cover shipping and restocking.

Mail Returns
Start your return or exchange online here. Box up your items, apply the label provided, and ship them back to us. You’ll get an email when your items have been received and your refund or exchange has been processed. Please allow 2-4 business days for your refund to be initiated

- International orders may be returned, customer is responsible for shipping back the item(s) on their own.
Return Conditions
- Sale items are considered final sale. These are items marked down from the original price. Doorbusters, jewelry items, and specialty boxes are final sale. Preorder items that are marked down are not considered a sale item and not considered final sale.
- Please take care not to damage items with makeup or deodorant, if an item is unable to be resold, only store credit will be issued.
- Returned items must be new, unwashed, unworn, free of odors and animal hair, free of makeup.
