Free Exchanges

  • To exchange for a different size or item, please return your item and write on your packing slip the item you'd like to exchange for and the desired size. We'll ship you the chosen item back for free! Exchanges must be sent back within 16 days of your order ship date (refer to your tracking number).
  • You may exchange for the same item in a different size or any item(s) of equal or lesser value than your purchase price. You will be credited the difference. If you'd like to exchange for an item(s) higher than your purchase price, please follow the instructions for returning your items below, you can then use your refund to purchase the desired items.
  • We recommend keeping your tracking number in case items are lost or stolen in transit

Easy Returns

Saving Paige is proud of the quality of our items, however, sometimes something just doesn't fit the way you want, and that's okay! 

  • You have 16 days from your order ship date (refer to your tracking number) to return your items for a full refund minus the amount from your purchase donated to The Daily Donation (5% of your order total)
  • SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
  • Please include your packing slip in the return, or a way to identify your order i.e. order number, email, name etc.
  • The items must be new, unwashed, unworn, and with attached tags (if applicable) 
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please notify us immediately if this happens. You have 10 days from receiving your order to notify us of any damage. 
  • Please ship back items independently (keep your tracking number), or by easily printing a Prepaid label. A $7.99 shipping/restocking fee will be taken from your refund if you choose to use our Prepaid Labels. You must ship your package within 10 days of requesting a Prepaid label or your label will be void. Our Prepaid Labels cannot be used for exchanges.
  • To return, simply schedule a pickup, give the package to your mailman, drop it in your mailbox, at work, or at a post office without waiting in line.
  • Saving Paige is not liable for packages lost or stolen in transit, please contact your local post office if this occurs 
  • You will receive a refund confirmation within 2-3 business days of receiving your return
  • All shoes must be returned in a protective shipping box, please do not attach labels directly to shoe box  

    Non-Returnable Items

    • All flash sale, sale items, and international orders are final sale.
    • Coupon codes are not considered sale items unless used on a item marked as sale.

    Shipping
