Holiday Exchange Policy

To best satisfy our customers during the holiday season of gift giving and receiving, all orders beginning Nov 20 can be returned for store credit up until Jan 15. 

  • All exchanges will be issued for store credit
  • Please ship back your items on your own (keep your tracking number), or use our prepaid labels. $6.99 will be deducted from your issued store credit for using our prepaid labels.
  • You will receive a confirmation of store credit within 2-3 business days of receiving your return
  • You have 21 days from your order ship date (refer to your tracking number) to ship your items back, items must be postmarked within 21 days
  • To return using our prepaid labels, simply schedule a pickup, give the package to your mailman, drop it in your mailbox, at work, or at a post office without waiting in line.
  • Please include your packing slip in the return, or a way to identify your order i.e. order number, email, name etc.
  • The items must be new, unwashed, unworn, free of odors, and with attached tags (if applicable) 
  • Saving Paige is not liable for packages lost or stolen in transit, please contact your local post office if this occurs 
  • All shoes must be returned in a protective shipping box, please do not attach labels directly to shoe box  

      Non-Returnable Items

      • All flash sale, sale items, and international orders are final sale.


      • Customers for international orders are subject to all shipping fees and custom taxes/fees that may apply.
